If an item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the item and package and send them our way. No need to return the damaged item back. We will send out a replacement promptly!
We will happily send a new item as a replacement for the damaged one. We do not accept returns or refunds on damaged items.

As a veterinary professional, I tend to acquire more pets than the average person. I do have dogs and cats in my home. If you are allergic to dogs or cats, please contact me and I will assemble and package your item in a pet free location.
